Exceptional Care for All of Our Animals

At Desert Springs Equestrian Center, we prioritize the health and well-being of our animals. We understand that injuries and illnesses are inevitable, which is why we have put in place exceptional medical capabilities to cater to our animals’ needs.

We have two large inside stalls that measure 24 x 14, complete with an enclosed fence run of 24 x 14. These stalls are ideal for mares in foal, injured animals, and any other animals that need special attention. Our secured paddock pens provide a safe and comfortable space for mares and foals, as well as senior animals.

We also have lift capabilities, making it easier to lift injured animals and transport them to the appropriate facilities. Our 50′ Covered Round Pen for Training, 50′ Covered Free Walker, and 120′ x 75′ sand training arena provide a perfect space for our animals to receive the care they need.

We have a list of qualified veterinarians who can provide exceptional care to our animals. We are also hoping to make contact with the UA Program director, Chuck, to enhance our veterinary services.

At Desert Springs Equestrian Center, we use the latest technology to ensure that our animals receive the best care possible. We have compression suits and red light therapy to help our animals recover from injuries and illnesses faster. The Main barn at our horse rescue is a sanctuary for our rescued equines, providing them with a safe and comfortable haven. The barn is thoughtfully designed with secured medical stalls, ensuring that horses in need of specialized care receive the attention they require. These stalls are equipped with top-notch medical equipment and supplies, enabling our dedicated staff and veterinarians to provide prompt and effective treatment to the horses.

The barn's layout promotes ease of access and efficient workflow, allowing our team to attend to multiple horses simultaneously without compromising their individual care. With spacious and well-ventilated interiors, the Main barn offers a calming atmosphere that aids in the healing and rehabilitation process for our beloved equine residents.
